Every vehicle I checked-out was impeccably clean inside and out' they take pride in their products and their showroom/office spaces and bathrooms... they care about the comfort of their customers. 3, Almost every vehicle I checked-out had incredibly low mileage and most asking prices were far below the local competitor's; even nationally speaking. These 2 facts, of course, were MAJOR selling points for me. 4. The purchasing experience was hassle-free and pleasant; thank you Richard, Chad, Jack M., Courtney and Chris. 5. The online pics and info are probably the most thorough of any dealership in southwest Missouri. It made the research phase of shopping a breeze and I didn't have to waste time on the lot. Overall... these hardworking men and women of Oakley will see me again next spring when I purchase again. Thank you all. Julie Z. More

Great experience I have never enjoyed buying a car, and I have bought many in the last 50 years. However Oakley Auto World changed my mind. Larry Robinson met me on th I have never enjoyed buying a car, and I have bought many in the last 50 years. However Oakley Auto World changed my mind. Larry Robinson met me on the lot and showed me the cars I was looking for with no pressure and was very helpful.The next day I brought my wife back and Larry had to leave but handed me over to Chad Gunther. Chad was great to work with and ended up spending a lot of time with us, Chad really knows his stuff because after we looked at the cars we thought we wanted he wanted to show us a Lincoln , which we never even thought of looking at. We ended up buying the MKX and really like it, Chad and the team stayed late that night to get all the paperwork done so we could get the car the next morning, Rena and I both consider it a pleasant experience. Chad did an excellent job in steering us to the best vehicle, not necessarily the most expensive vehicle. Chad also had a good knowledge of automobiles to help us in our decision. Oakley also does a great job in preparing the vehicles for sale and making sure they are safe. Chris also was very helpful in helping us with the financial end and helped us get through the process.
