Made an appointment on line for service. Chad was pleasant, but I was turned away because they did not have a rental car for me. Returned a week later. After service, I found leftover plastic bits on the driver's side floor, and all the packaging trash from the parts they used in my trunk. Not impressed. My email to them about these things and was not answered. More
