Byers Dublin Subaru is my first experience in selling vehicles, and so far I have learned a lot on how to properly help our guests in their purchasing experience. I truly believe in the Subaru brand, so much so that both my parents and myself have purchased Subarus'. Personally I have owned three WRX STI's myself and because of that I have come to be greatly influenced by the performance capabilities Subaru's have. My goal is to provide you with information about why the rally heritage has influenced me, and how it can provide you with a safe, reliable vehicle for you and your family. Having a Golf Professional for a brother, much of my down time is spent on the course! The salesman, Austin Bare, was great. He was responsive and polite. I felt like he worked to make the deal happen. The car was ready for me to look at when I arrived. Unfortunately it was He was responsive and polite. I felt like he worked to make the deal happen. The car was ready for me to look at when I arrived. Unfortunately it was not detailed very well, but Austin took care of that. I was disappointed in how long I was kept at the dealership to finalize the deal. The price was already negotiated before I arrived and my credit application was submitted beforehand too. It took over three hours to complete the deal. The gentleman who was in charge of finalizing the deal and signing the paperwork was polite as well, but it seemed like he was trying to keep me there to upsell me on some warranties. He even used the excuse that they were trying to get me a better rate to keep me there. I was actual interested in a couple of the warranties, but he was not able to answer my questions about they work to my satisfaction for me to buy any of them. He also tried to rush me through signing some of the paperwork. I like to read everything I sign and he skipped to the signing screen on the tablet on the first few papers. I answered that I would recommend your dealership base on the work of Austin. But I will also let anyone I recommend Byers Subaru know about how long it took to finalize the deal and how I was kept there while you tried to upsell me on warranties. More

My wife and I converted to Subaru owners in 2015 and have loved every moment of it. We just purchased another one (2023 Forester Wilderness) and already love it so much!
