Byers Dublin Subaru is my first experience in selling vehicles, and so far I have learned a lot on how to properly help our guests in their purchasing experience. I truly believe in the Subaru brand, so much so that both my parents and myself have purchased Subarus'. Personally I have owned three WRX STI's myself and because of that I have come to be greatly influenced by the performance capabilities Subaru's have. My goal is to provide you with information about why the rally heritage has influenced me, and how it can provide you with a safe, reliable vehicle for you and your family. Having a Golf Professional for a brother, much of my down time is spent on the course! I am a Subaru devotee, and have never had a bad experience at a Byers dealership. I leased a new Subaru yesterday, and I must say that Atef Behery at Byers Dublin Subaru is the best salesperson an experience at a Byers dealership. I leased a new Subaru yesterday, and I must say that Atef Behery at Byers Dublin Subaru is the best salesperson and has the best customer service skills that I have ever encountered. He made the whole process quick and painless, and his knowledge of the product he sells is exceptional. He is kind, patient and proactive. I can't say enough good things about him! More

I would give 5 stars to the salesman ATEF for his excellent customer service skills, unparalleled knowledge of the car we bought (Subaru Crosstrek) and his genuine care and attitude towards his cust excellent customer service skills, unparalleled knowledge of the car we bought (Subaru Crosstrek) and his genuine care and attitude towards his customers. I’d 4.5 stars for the entire dealership only because our financing didn’t go as smooth as I would have expected it to be due to miscommunication between my credit union and sales manager. Overall, salesman ATEF made a great difference in our buying experience. Will definitely return for our next car purchase! More

I have worked with Zach Jenkins twice in 5 years. I came back in 2023 because of his fine service. I still remember Zach helping me adjust all my seat settings in 2018 for a handicap. I am also impressed with Matt Laub who is patently helping me understand all the features of my new car's computerized systems. While I was purchasing the new car my other car was being serviced all expertly done. Mitchell Edward took charge of the process, consulting with me as needed. I appreciated the hands-on experience as my time was limited due to family commitments. More
