Firstly, I was introduced to Atef Behar whose knowledge of the Forester was very apparent in the first few minutes of our conversation. I had done my homework but Atef was helpful in finalizing my "no pressure" decision. He is a great communicator and went out of his way to answer my questions, even on days when he wasn't at the dealership. Secondly, the "check-out" process was not a lengthy process. Both Atef and the financial manager Chad Sneed made that process very pleasant. Lastly, all the safety features and technical features. And for a person who loves to have a clean car, I will have free car washes as long as I own the car. That was a surprise perk I wasn't expecting. Sometimes it's the little things that feel so BIG.
