Audi Flatirons is a poorly-run and deceptive dealership with dishonest and manipulative staff in all business divisions. We had not leased a vehicle before so we did not fully understand the leasing proces with dishonest and manipulative staff in all business divisions. We had not leased a vehicle before so we did not fully understand the leasing process/lifecycle. When we sat down with the finance manager in 2023 to sign lease documents, she tricked us into getting the least amount of contract miles, despite my request for 15,000/year. She promised us that it would cost us less to have 7,500/year and when we return the vehicle, Audi Flatirons would wipe all excess mileage at no cost if we bought another Audi. I was really nervous about that option because I knew we would go over the limit, but she assured me that the overage would be wiped at no cost. We have purchased or leased 3 Audis so planned to get another after the lease. Of course we went over mileage (just as I had told her we would and why I wanted 15,000 mi/year) and Audi flatirons refused to wipe the mileage overage. They claimed the finance manager lied to us in 2023 and they refused to take accountability for their staff and honor the promised (deception) made. They did, however, tell us that we could purchase the overage at $0.20/mile instead of the standard $0.25. The different finance person AND sales rep told us that in April, 2026 and we have it in text and writing from them. When it came time to return the lease, we felt so disrespected, deceived, and scammed that we refused to get another car from Audi Flatirons. At which point, they told us we could not purchase miles at the discounted $0.20/mi…despite showing the Sales Manager, Amanda Montes the documented proof that we were AGAIN lied to by her staff. She refused and said they could not/would not honor that promise (lie) as that wasn’t policy and was completely “out of their hands”. I called Audi Financial and they IMMEDIATELY offered me the $0.20/mi price without issue and I paid it on the spot. They said that the Audi Manager, Amanda Montes and her staff were being dishonest to us. We HIGHLY discourage anyone from buying or leasing from Audi Flatirons. This dealership is a scam, full of staff that lie and trick their customers in order to make more money. We have had great experiences with other Audi dealerships in CO, so I encourage you to take your hard earned money to one of them instead. More
This is my second Audi purchase through Jim Page - another great experience! He is a good listener, is knowledgeable, courteous and respectful - continues to call me Mam(!) throughout the process. He is patient with my lack of technical savvy with all the features in my car and is keeping his promise to help me take advantage of the great new features of my 2026 Audi A3. He made sure I could continue to have Chelsey Taberna as my service advisor - she's the BEST!!! He introduced me to Mitchell Gilbert, Financial Manager, who guided me nicely through the Purchase Agreement. Back to Jim Page...my purchase completion took place during the frantic end-of-month process and Jim handled the situation with grace, respect and care, juggling multiple clients beautifully. Note: he introduced me to Michael Tsuji who helped make sure I knew how to use some of the basic features of the car. Jim Page is an important part of the team that makes people like me feel like family, a most valuable thing in today's crazy times! More

I opened the door to a nice store layout, and was greeted by a gentleman (I believe it was Jim) who walked me to the front desk to have my salesman called up. Mike Tsuji was great to chat with and made the sale so simple. No drivers available so he made the trek to go pick up my vehicle. On pick up day, I was swamped with meetings so rather than use the first floor lobby, the staff directed me to the upstairs business center. The store was clean, I interacted with several staff, all were friendly, and Frenchy made the finance and signing quick and painless. I could probably go on and on.
