I bought a 2022 Nissan Rogue SV from Mike Rezi Nissan in atlanta, Ga. This is my 4th nissan vehicle that I have bought and the third vehicle I have brought from a sales agent named “CM”. In fact this salesm atlanta, Ga. This is my 4th nissan vehicle that I have bought and the third vehicle I have brought from a sales agent named “CM”. In fact this salesman has sold cars to everyone in my family. My family has owned over 10 Nissan vehicles so we are extremely loyal and longtime customers of the Nissan brand! I thought I could trust Nissan. I thought I could trust CM. Instead I was taken advantage of and the faulty vehicle that I was fraudently sold is affecting my job, my finances, and negatively impacting my life. Mike Rezi intentionally sold me a “lemon”. I expressed concern over numerous electrical problems the literal first day of owning the car. Such as the interior lights coming on without being activated, my lights would not turn off, my sensors would malfunction and stop working while in the middle of a drive or traffic, voice control and apple play not working etc. I was told by Mike Rezi to not worry and that the problems would go away. Shortly afterwards CM the salesperson secretly comes to my house to show me how to “fix” the car. I thought this was innappropiate and weird and that I was being bribed because he bought me an extravagant meal and alcohol before talking about my car. He could not fix the problems and neither could Mike Rezi. For almost a year I have exclusively taken my car to Nissan and have expressed concerns about the same issues I’ve begged and pleaded about since LITERALLY my first day of owning the car and they refuse to fix them. Today my air conditioning malfunctioned blowing out freezing air yet I had the dial set to 80F! My battery has also died three times in less than a year and Mike Rezi had refused to honor my warranty and replace the battery! I have lost hundreds of dollars by replacing my battery, not being able to make it to work, and then for lastly spending up to 6 hours dealing with the delays hip and unable to work yet again. To make matters worse this dealership is 50 miles from my house! Can not believe I get treated so terrible after putting in over an hour to make it there every single time. When I returned the loaner car I was racially profiled by the service manager and it was implied that I need to bring the car back because it was assumed I was trying to steal the loaner! The audacity and boldness of that insult is beyond inappropriate and unacceptable. When I reported the issue to the service manager he refused to give me the employees name who verbally abused me, after I took off work for the fourth time to make it to Mize Rezi, traveling and 1hr 30m to get there just to have someone make rude racists comments to me! Lastly to make matters worse when they preformed the “free cleaning” they scraped my paint, left stains on my car, and left hundreds of swirly scratches on my dashboard. I’m assuming they are from a buffing machine of dirty towel. Regardless I have permanent damages on the inside and outside of my car and it’s of not fault of mine. After my family and I all being lifetime Nissan fans and customers, and after my 4th car with Nissan I am beyond heartbroken by how Nissan allows their customers to be verbally and financially abused! It should be illegal to knowingly sell “lemon” vehicles and for sales agents to take you out for alcohol! I am absolutely terrified to drive my own vehicle as it brakes by itself. The windows and door locks move by themselves as if my car is haunted. I just want out of this nightmare…. But for some reason Mike Rezi was to perpetuate my suffering with this vehicle. I’ve never missed a payment or defaulted on any payment ever. Why are you treating me like this Nissan? Why are you treating me like this Mike Rezi? Why! More
