The dealership itself is very clean and inviting, but during the weekends, it's a bit of a madhouse. Everyone there my husband and I dealt with were polite and overall nice. We worked with CM the first day and the experience was great! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and what the different trim levels had to offer. We ended up coming back the following day -- Saturday -- to a much different environment than the day before. I let CM know we were on our way, but when we got there, CM was working with another customer or two, and we ended up being paired with Sarah. Sarah was nice and, like CM, very knowledgeable about the product, but she seemed very distracted, in a hurry to get the transaction done with, and a bit frustrated when my husband and I were trying to fully understand what each dealership charge was. I understand it's a Saturday and the dealership is very busy, but this is a customer service-based environment. More

Came in trying to test drive a SENTRA SR, and The Who experience was just a pleasure with Mr. CM.. He let me test drive the car I wanted to purchase, and reassured I knew all the features.
