This is the worst sales experience I ever had. I believe Salesman Cham has lied to me repeatedly. Cadillac Pasadena failed to deliver the vehicle I bought with the equipment listed on the sticke I believe Salesman Cham has lied to me repeatedly. Cadillac Pasadena failed to deliver the vehicle I bought with the equipment listed on the sticker. My efforts to have this remedied were ignored. Complete incompetence by Cham and the management team. I would NEVER buy a vehicle again from this dealership. More
