I was very surprised by the customer service at Jim Marsh! I emailed them with a few requests and instead of trying to convince me to come in so they could try and manipulate me (like all car salesmen Marsh! I emailed them with a few requests and instead of trying to convince me to come in so they could try and manipulate me (like all car salesmen do), they just gave me what I asked for. Straight up, no B.S. It was refreshing to feel like you’re not being “worked over” by a dealership. We figured out the car we wanted, with the superb help of Charlene and had the deal set up before I even walked out of my house. At the dealership, Johnny took care of the rest and showed us how to work almost everything in the car. He also sent us videos, so we could learn more on our own. I have never had a dealership walk me through so many details! The best part of it all was Charlene though. She was so helpful, kind, personable and didn’t try to B.S. me once. She felt like a long time family friend by the end of the day! The entire experience was phenomenal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, anytime. More

Honest and easy car buying experience I visited all the Jeep dealers in the area and test drove and priced out nearly a dozen different variations of the Wranglers available. But when it came time to actually make a purchase, I returned to the very first dealership I visited which was Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep. Why? Because Tony Bowler is the nicest and friendliest sales rep that I met. And Tony made the whole buying experience very easy. The facilities are very clean and modern too. I give this dealer 5 stars! No pressure, no hassle, great prices! Highly recommended! More

Dealer ruined my leasing opportunity This dealership are spot deliverers. The yo-yo scheme as most people would say. I have never had such horrible shopping experience for a car. Shopping This dealership are spot deliverers. The yo-yo scheme as most people would say. I have never had such horrible shopping experience for a car. Shopping for your favorite vehicle should be fun and exciting, especially when it’s a Jeep. The dealer mishandled my credit application and ended up costing my the opportunity on a good lease. I was initially approved when I came by to make a down payment. My Jeep wasn’t available until a week later. Finally after signing the lease agreement, I took the Jeep home and thought I can finally relax. A week later, I was notified by the dealer that I need my wife to co-sign, pay a higher rate, or return the Jeep. This was extremely upsetting. If they had shop my contract to the banks earlier, the same time I put the down payment and they ran my credit, the bank would’ve approved my lease contract. No, they waited over a week after my credit drop from paying for the down payment, to them, and with high credit utilization, it affected my credit score. And they continued to put hard inquiries on my credit. I have now over 6 hard inquiry from the credit bureau all from this dealership. Very frustrating. At the end, they did nothing about it. The GM apologize for the mishandling, but I feel like it wasn’t enough. I worked really hard to come up with good credit and they destroyed my chances of getting the lease on my own by not doing the process correctly. They made a mistake and I ended up paying for it. The GM was not very nice either. He kept yelling at me and threatening to tow my Jeep if I don’t go back to the dealership to resign the agreement or return the Jeep. More
