ZERO STARS. 2019 Ram Laramie 4x4. 26,000 miles. Charged me for something that should’ve been covered under warranty. When I politely questioned the bill I was confronted by the manager “I here you don’t wa me for something that should’ve been covered under warranty. When I politely questioned the bill I was confronted by the manager “I here you don’t want to pay your bill”. I said no i always pay my bills. I have a question about my bill. I have had a problem with this same switch twice before. Both time were covered under warranty. He told me it’s not covered and that the 180/hour shop bill is what it is. Take it up with the dealer you bought it from. I said I would pay the bill but it’s wrong. Told me “Go to Zappone”. Even one of the employees came up to me after and told me what they are doing is wrong and that they agreed with me! More
