I did not expect much from the experience, but I was won over by their respect for my requests to provide honest pricing, effective communication and an expedient close (on the deal). They are an honest dealer, which is a refreshing adjective for a market known for duplicity. I look forward to their service, which is a major selling point. More

Right Price - Right Dealership I learned about Valley Subaru through the USAA car buying service. Not only did Valley Subaru adhered to the USAA buying agreement, they were courteou I learned about Valley Subaru through the USAA car buying service. Not only did Valley Subaru adhered to the USAA buying agreement, they were courteous, prompt and got me exactly the car I wanted. Both the sales manager, Charles Camp and the salesman, Christian McFarland were very nice, helpful and friendly. Even though I live more than 100 miles from this dealership (and yes, there is a closer Subaru dealership), I will make a day of it, visiting the lovely town of Staunton when I need my car serviced. More

Professional and Smooth Purchase Representative Charles Camp assisted us in our quest to purchase a new vehicle. We had narrowed it down to a Honda Accord ELX, Subaru Legacy Premium, Representative Charles Camp assisted us in our quest to purchase a new vehicle. We had narrowed it down to a Honda Accord ELX, Subaru Legacy Premium, Hyundai Sonata ECO and a Toyota Camry XSE. After comparing all the features to get to that list, the 'hard' part was determining which mix of options and prices best suited us. Charles provided answers to all the questions regarding Subaru's entry on our list. He was very thorough in showing us how the various options available on the Legacy met our needs - and, of course, highlighted the 'extras' the Subaru had beyond our base requirements. The great thing was, when you lined up the vehicles by comparable options, not only was the Subaru Legacy very competitive in price, it came in lower than the Honda and Toyota in price AND was the only vehicle with all-wheel drive. Needless to say, we bought the Subaru. Thanks Charles for taking the time and being so personable without any sales pressure. More

The Best Sale's Experience I have ever had in buying a Car! I have to say it has been the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. They were in one word WOW! LOVE YOU GUYS ! It was 2 and 1/2 h I have to say it has been the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. They were in one word WOW! LOVE YOU GUYS ! Awesome sale experience I currently own a 2004 Subaru Impreza. I was looking for another car and looked around and decided to buy another Subaru. I love my Subaru. I stopped I currently own a 2004 Subaru Impreza. I was looking for another car and looked around and decided to buy another Subaru. I love my Subaru. I stopped by the dealer one day and Charles Camp was quick to help me. I told him I was looking at the Legacy. I took a test drive and told him I would get back to him. I loved the car. I came back about four weeks later. During those four weeks I was not pressured at all into buying a car. I finally went back and drove the Legacy again but in the end I chose a Forester. I love the car. The buying experience was great. Charles is very nice and knowledgeable. He really cares about the customer before and after the sale. I will definitely look him up again in the future if he is still there in buying another car. The other staff at Valley Subaru have always been nice and very accommodating. I can call at any time and get my oil changed. I have never been put off for another date or time. They always fit me in. I will always be a loyal customer of Valley Subaru. Thanks again for a great experience. More
