I would like to give a shout out to salesman Charles Crawford. My wife and I bought a Cadillac EV last week and came back to try to charge it. We were grateful and overwhelmed by his knowledge and time he devoted to making sure we understood a whole new type of car and its many new electronic screens and functions. Charles really goes above and beyond his salesman duty.
