If you're going to sell a vehicle to this dealership save the trouble and sell to someone else. Been waiting almost a full month and have yet to get a check for my vehicle. I was told I would get a check in the trouble and sell to someone else. Been waiting almost a full month and have yet to get a check for my vehicle. I was told I would get a check in a week and over three weeks later still no check. When I spoke to manager he said it takes 14 days from the time they pay off my vehicle for them to get a title and then they cut a check. They paid off vehicle almost immediately after I sold them the vehicle and sign all paper work. Have had zero communication as to when my check will be mailed. If this is the way they do business when buying a vehicle from a consumer, I can only imagine the headache you will have when buying one from them. I'm currently in the process of buying another Acura but will not be with them. More

Grubbs Acura was phenomenal during my entire car buying experience. I worked directly with Paul Hicks, who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was from out of town and Paul took the time to video ca experience. I worked directly with Paul Hicks, who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was from out of town and Paul took the time to video call with me and sent additional pictures of any area of the car I asked for. When I flew into DFW, Paul personally picked me up and just continued the exceptional service. I really appreciate Paul and Grubbs Acura for being transparent, open, honest, and wanting to build a relationship with me. I never felt any pressure or stereotypical dealership tactics. If something was good, Paul would tell me; if something was bad or could be better, Paul would tell me. I appreciate Paul helping me feel like a well-informed buyer. I would absolutely fly back to DFW to do business with Paul and Grubbs Acura. Thank you! More

The attention to detail from Armani and the beautiful, fun picture he took so we could send to friends. After purchasing at least 10 cars in my lifetime, I have NEVER had the customer service, knowledgeable sales person as Armani! What an asset to your company.
