Of those people I met at the Dealership I was particularly impressed by Charles Maynor who worked with me and my wife in finding the best fit for our vehicle needs. I felt that Charles went above particularly impressed by Charles Maynor who worked with me and my wife in finding the best fit for our vehicle needs. I felt that Charles went above and beyond what I could have hoped for from a sales associate. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicles we inspected and he was congenial and did not pressure us in making our decision on what we ultimately decided upon purchasing. Honorable mention goes to Brandon who explained the extra add-on protection services for which we opted for. Daniel the sales manager also gets 5 stars along with Anthony who reached out in emails to us. All in All, Margaret and I are very pleased with the staff of Jerry Ferusson Buick GMC. ALL Smiles here.
