In May 2026, I started my search for the perfect pre-owned Jeep Wrangler, two door. I started my search in CA where I live. My search took me to several Jeep dealerships where I found a few nice u pre-owned Jeep Wrangler, two door. I started my search in CA where I live. My search took me to several Jeep dealerships where I found a few nice used Jeep Wranglers but the dealer mark-ups were ridiculous, $395 for locking lug nuts and $395 for protective door edge, and others. These mark-ups are the pattern at Jeep dealerships in CA, so I walked away. I visited AZ and took the opportunity to look for used Jeeps which lead me to Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge to checkout an advertised Jeep Wrangler. As I entered the dealership, Mr. Cam Jackson greeted me with smile and a handshake. Cam directed me to the advertised Jeep Wrangler; 10 minutes later we were on a test drive; 30 minutes later I committed to buying the Jeep. I jokingly asked Cam where were the usual CA dealer mark-ups? Cam said there are no games and NO CA dealer mark-ups at Tempe Chrysler Jeep, just quality cars and trucks at a good price. During the purchase process Sales Supervisor Matthew Bod and Sales Manager Charles McFarlane congratulated me on my purchase. Vaniessia assisted me in completing the associated paperwork. Good job Cam Jackson you are a Sales Professional and a great representative of Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More

Buyer beware. Tempe Dodge sold me a vehicle with unresolved safety issues. The driver-side window and door were supposed to be fixed before purchase, but after mul Tempe Dodge sold me a vehicle with unresolved safety issues. The driver-side window and door were supposed to be fixed before purchase, but after multiple attempts, they are still not fixed. They also sold the vehicle with a broken headlight and refused to repair it. I’ve had multiple additional issues that required me to use my own insurance deductible. After all this, Charles (manager) promised to take care of me on a replacement vehicle, but he and Cam (salesperson) were dishonest, misrepresented damage, and presented numbers that did not match what was discussed. Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not trust this dealership. More
