Not only that, he encourages me to have multiple visits. He never seems too busy to accommodate. I am already here at my second lesson with Jonny. He took time out of his day to accommodate my complicated schedule. The whole experience is top of the line. I am a happier person because of Charles and Jonny! More

Purchased a used vehicle. Very little haggling. We were only $500 apart and I agreed. On test drive I noticed very loud tire noise. Upon return to showroom salesperson said ti Very little haggling. When I brought vehicle to my mechanic he said the tires were “cupped” and need to be replaced. I replaced them at a tire dealer who agreed at the cost of $1,000.00. I thought the salesperson was very misleading and management did not response to my complaint. More

This dealership was originally located at Natick and now they had moved to Sudbury. It is a bit further away from the old location but it worth my time to go to this new location. There is a lot more space at the new location so I can see more cars display at the dealership. This new location looks so nice and you feel that you are in a five stars facility. Charles E Scrymgeour is my salesman and ever since I bought the car he still contacts me frequently to check with me if there is anything I need his help and attention. Charles is a very knowledge salesman and he can explain to his customer any question that you have about the car in any model. I refer all my friends that need a Mercedes to go to Charles if they want to buy a new or pre-own certified car. One of my co-workers at work bought a pre-own certified GLA Mercedes from Charles last year and he is very happy about the service and knowledge receive from Charles. Charles always gives his customers a five stars service and I am planning to get my further vehicle from Charles again.
