Great buying experience. My husband and I had a great experience at Chevrolet of Boaz. We went in on Memorial Day not expecting to buy a car and left with a beautiful Malibu! Doesn't stand by product Bought new Tahoe Premier only to have to bring it back into dealership 4 times in 3 months. The two responses I got were ... 1. Did we sell you a lemo Bought new Tahoe Premier only to have to bring it back into dealership 4 times in 3 months. The two responses I got were ... 1. Did we sell you a lemon (quote from salesman). 2. Well, you know they are man-made, things happen (quote from sales manager). Also, absolutely zero follow up. I had to make calls to check on things. And to make the situation even more disrespectful, the salesman made a sarcastic remark about me behind my back to the service advisor, or he thought, I heard him. Very disappointed. I would be very hesitate on buying from this dealership. More

Total Good Experience. Thanks everyone involved. I viewed the vehicle online after business hours Danny contacted me via email with minutes. Danny called the next morning and we set up a time to vie I viewed the vehicle online after business hours Danny contacted me via email with minutes. Danny called the next morning and we set up a time to view the vehicle. I had a trade in vehicle and with the help of Danny, Mike and Charles we were able in minutes to complete the deal. Brian finished the paperwork as the vehicle was washed and detailed. Christy was a big help with internet communications. Alisa took care in getting the all weather mats I wanted. Thank you all. More
