My entire experience at Salem Ford was wonderful. Charlie was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He treated me as a human being and he did not try to up-sale me, which was refreshing. I was able to explain what I was lokkibg for and he listened carefully and then showed me a few options. Destiny introduced herself and asked if there was anything she could do, which was wonderful and a rarity these days. I purchased my vehicle on the weekend and the service department was closed, but on Monday, I drove in and was welcomed and my vehicle was taken in right away (I did not have an appointment). But, I later found out that Charlie had informed the Service Department that I would coming in Monday for my Inspection sticker. Clearly, the communication between sales and service is top notch. I am extremely happy with my vehicle and my overall experiences at Salem Ford. I am certainly looking forward to future interactions. I would strongly recommend Salem Ford to anyone. More
