Charlie gave my wife a call while I was out playing golf to tell her that he had a truck in my price range before I finished they had already processed all the paperwork and Charlie was ready for me to come look at the truck but I was still on the golf course an hour away. The next day we arrived it was pouring down rain Charlie Johnston was waiting with an umbrella we went in and met the staff everyone was very friendly and from there on out everything went like clockwork exactly how Charlie said it would go we we're done with all the signing and ready to go within an hour we are very pleased with this dealership and I highly recommend Charlie Johnston More

We were approached by Charlie Johnston, who had a very friendly, non-pressure approach that we appreciated. We were not intending on purchasing on that first visit, but Charlie was great at showing us everything we wanted to compare, and answering all of our questions. We drove off the lot with a 2015 Dodge Challenger that night and love the vehicle. We also feel very comfortable with the dealership and future service work, just from the interactions we had that day with the staff members. More

This was the fifth vehicle that we have purchased together during our marriage, and the most comfortable experience so far! For me personally, buying a new vehicle, or doing anything that involves your credit history, can often be very intimidating. Even with good credit, you feel like every financial decision you've ever made is being looked at under a microscope. We never felt like that with Charlie or anyone at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge. They pulled our credit, knew what we could afford and moved ahead with our options. Our whole day there with these people was fun; how it should be when buying a new car! Who says it has to be a stressful day!? We never felt pressured into feeling like we had to buy. Charlie said he was there to help us and that is exactly what he did. Even when my husband was a little indecisive at first as far as the options he wanted, Charlie was right there, patient as ever, helping us through the decisions. We have never dealt with a car salesman that we genuinely felt as though we could trust, but we whole-heartedly believe Charlie had our best interest in mind, not just making the sale. It has only been one week since purchasing his new truck, and we've already sent a relative to Kernersville Chrysler Dodge and he purchased a new truck as well.
