I live in Indiana and found this car online. Charly answered the phone and went right to work locating the car and answering my questions. He understood that I didn't want to make a 2 hour trip Charly answered the phone and went right to work locating the car and answering my questions. He understood that I didn't want to make a 2 hour trip unless I was fairly certain I would be bringing the car home. He worked with me on getting me closer to the trade-in value I wanted vs the manager's initial offer. I was also able to have a soft credit check pulled to know where I stood. When I declined a hard credit check without seeing the vehicle first, he was understanding and didn't pressure me at all. The whole buying process took several hours, but we were acknowledged by several employees who weren't even helping us, and Charly remained friendly and patient despite working past closing time. He even showed us some other newer vehicles and their features while we waited for the Finance dept. I'd be happy to purchase from them again, even from 2 hours away. More
