Matt Brooks is great to work with and has a passion to get customers in and out quickly and with a smile. 5 stars to Matt who is not on your service list rating Questionaire Honerable service 5 stars, to all your service writers, especially Don Cohen, they all back each other up, with that same get it done attitude! Directed at the parts dept. only. I wish your parts dept, had that same passion, but don’t hold that against your service dept. Parts seem to be a little slow to greet and not pasionate as to what they do. I don’t know how busy they are with other things but a quick positive response is not one of them. I guess that parts are what they are, not near the hero role of a service person, fixing the problem. I haven’t had the opportunity to see your sales staff in action other than passing by, but they do greet and welcome well! They definitely work at getting to a good start with potential customers.
