I was able to book an appointment within minutes of inquiring about a car I was interested in, and everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful! Chase was great! I live in New Hampshire, and, with everything going on in the world right now, it was tricky to navigate the process of having the vehicle driven to my town hall to be registered. Chase communicated with me every step of the way, and he went out of his way to ensure that I could get my car as soon as possible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he handled the unusual circumstances with both timeliness and professionalism. Theresa was great about walking me through the financing process. As a first-time car buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and she answered them all and gave me some great additional advice! She was so kind and knowledgeable, and I left the dealership feeling confident in my purchase and with no further questions. Overall, I had a really excellent experience. Ian Merril was extremely condescending and rude. I had just two interactions with him during the sales process and it made the buying experience miserable. I will not conduct business with him again and h just two interactions with him during the sales process and it made the buying experience miserable. I will not conduct business with him again and he should do some self-evaluation on how he treats customers. I was happy to inform my friends and family of the poor service I received from him specifically. The only positive from the buying experience was when Chris White and Chase Calef helped. I recommend Ian take some advice from both Chris and Chase on how to properly treat customers. The most comical part of this all is that Ian is the Finance Manager and I didn’t even finance the car I purchased. More
