Everyone I interacted with at Lia Toyota was courteous and friendly. In particular, Joseph Constable took me under his wing and and walked me through the process of purchasing a used 2022 Avalon, the las and friendly. He took the time to familiarize me with all the bells and whistles on my new Avalon. I did not realize that my car is really a computer in disguise! He was very patient and made sure that I was familiar with the key functions of the car and comfortable driving out of the dealership. His parting words were "don't hesitate to call me or come back if you have any questions" and he meant it. I also want to give a shout out to Chase Cimorelli and his staff in the Service Dept for their help. I know I will be well taken care of by Joseph and his co-workers on my future visits. More
