The salesman and finance advisor either explicitly lied or otherwise misrepresented the situation to us. We were initially prevented from paying off the car while Kia finance set up our app. I had offered or otherwise misrepresented the situation to us. We were initially prevented from paying off the car while Kia finance set up our app. I had offered to wire the money directly and they said "our wire person is out. Try again another day." All this while they charged interest. Despicable. I then attempted to pay on January 12 via the app and received confirmation that we were all squared away, only to receive a notice recently that in fact we owed money. Looking back, I found a single email in my spam folder (although other emails were in my inbox for some reason…) saying the payment had been returned. I then called multiple times to pay off the principle and argue the interest, only to be given an incorrect principle amount. I was told that the matter would be elevated to urgent and would receive a call back that day. Nothing. I called again the next day and was told that it was not indicated as urgent and to expect a call the following day. More interest. I was also told that it often takes weeks between signing and the paperwork getting sent to the right place. All while charging interest! Seriously?!?! I asked if I should pay off the interest in the meantime and request a refund and was advised not to, continuing the pattern of telling me not to pay. I was charged further interest before deciding to just pay everything off and request a refund. I have heard nothing since then. This was an infuriating experience. Your organization should be ashamed of yourselves. As a total aside, Antonio assured us that the car was fit with blue tooth apple car play. It wasn't. He then said he would send a cable. He didn't. Instead we received brownies. What a joke. If we weren't absolutely lived from the above, we would have laughed this off. However in total it is clear that honesty is not relevant to this group of individuals. If you can avoid it, I would recommend NEVER using raceway kia of Conshohocken. More

Hassan was an exceptional sales person from start to finish. Unfortunately the color for the exact model I wanted was not in stock and they had it the very next day. Prompt dealership. Easy to talk to and very down to earth.
