Service uploaded new program from GM.. said they found no other issues. Picked up car on Friday 08/29/24, still issues with programing, will have to return the vehicle again... this is unacceptable. We are on the line for a hefty sum. NOTE; We had no issue with the SOUL or its trad in 2023 for the Hyundai, the purchase of the 2025 TRAX. The EQUINOX is a whole other story. More

Scam artists. Had my vehicle towed here after it would not start since it was the dealership I bought it from. Initially told me the battery was good so had to be Had my vehicle towed here after it would not start since it was the dealership I bought it from. Initially told me the battery was good so had to be the starter motor (that they wanted to charge me 800.00 for). 5 days later they say it’s not just my starter and my head gasket has blown and I need a new engine. They told me my car had to have been overheated which never happened. It would be 8000.00 for a new one that would take a month or 9700.00 for a used one that magically could be there same day. They pledge a lifetime powertrain warranty that they came up with an excuse they would not cover. I finally had it towed out to a local mechanic for a second opinion after having to pay them 500.00 for absolutely nothing just to release my vehicle to the tow truck. The local mechanic has come back saying my battery is bad and a fuse with it being impossible they ever actually started my vehicle but my motor is fine. Taking advantage of people during tough times is shameful and I’d like my 500.00 back. More
