I am a pretty demanding customer, and JT made feel comfortable from the time I walked into the showroom until I drove off the lot with my new Kia Optima. I would recommend JT to everyone looking to buy a new car. More

You lost a repeat customer, and lied to me. This is the first negative review I've ever given, and only because I'm so...upset? I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ray Skillman, with Robert Taddari This is the first negative review I've ever given, and only because I'm so...upset? I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ray Skillman, with Robert Taddario as my salesman. He is amazing, super understanding, not pushy, and very willing to work with me when my credit was far from great. My most recent purchase was almost two years ago. However, last week a gentleman named Mark called me and said, " I am looking at your file, it looks like you have a really high interest rate right now. Whould you be interested in refinancing?" I said yes, I had. He stated, " I could get you in a new care for less than you pay now, or lower the payment on what you have now". I asked what the process to refinance was and he told me they didn't even need to run a credit check, it only took a couple minutes. So, I go to the dealership (and sit for two hours!) for them to run my credit without telling me, and tell me, "we don't refinance current cars, only get you a new one", and offer me a 2016 car for more than I pay now. When I told him the only reason I came in was to pay less, I don't want a new car, he said "but it's 6 years newer". Cool! What an incredible waste of time! Oh! and the best part, I checked my credit today and it went down 5 pts. because of the four new hard credit inquiries. Thanks Ray Skillman, I had worked so hard to better my credit, for you to lie to me and run it when I made it clear I was not interested in buying a new car. More
