I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Rountree-Moore and with Chason Adams. Prior to purchasing my vehicle, it was serviced by their technicians. However, after taking ownership, it becam Rountree-Moore and with Chason Adams. Prior to purchasing my vehicle, it was serviced by their technicians. However, after taking ownership, it became clear that errors were made during that service. Despite bringing this to their attention, the dealership refused to acknowledge or take responsibility for the mistake. This lack of accountability is both unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from a business that prides itself on customer service. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Rountree-Moore or working with Chason Adams. My experience has left me with significant frustration and a lack of trust in their practices. More
