All I can say is that, it was meant to be that I bought my Renegade from Steve Ball! I had reached out to 2 other people in regards to a Jeep Renegade and neither time panned out. On a whim, I pulled throu my Renegade from Steve Ball! I had reached out to 2 other people in regards to a Jeep Renegade and neither time panned out. On a whim, I pulled through Nemer CJDR of Queensbury’s parking lot to see what they had. I saw a man standing at the end of the sidewalk and I definitely would have kept driving, except….he waved to me….that’s all it took, for him to Acknowledge my presence, and so I swung over, rolled my window down, & said “Are you a salesman?”. “Yes, ma’am, I sure am.” And the rest is history. He NEVER made me feel that he was not working to do what was best for ME, as opposed to what was best for the dealership. This man is genuine in this big world of fakes! I genuinely & absolutely felt like I was going through this process with an old friend, when in fact I had never met this man before that day. He worked through the numbers with me, never making me feel uncomfortable for saying no to them, and always explaining what the difference could/would be on the final outcome of cost when we did change them. Each time I thought the deal couldn’t get any better, Steve would say”Wait a minute/hang on, I think I might be able to do one more thing”, always in my interest/for my benefit from this deal. I will refer everyone & anyone in search of a vehicle to Steve Ball! He made it a Pleasure to buy a new vehicle! Thanks Steve! You’ve, no doubt, made your mother proud! PS-When taking this photo, Steve says make sure you take off your mask. I was already working on removing it, because I wanted to make sure everyone who looked at this picture actually SAW the smile I have from the service I received….the best service a customer could ask for on such a large & special purchase.
