The service was great and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. However, I was not pleased with them not being able to provide the service for the recall of the backup camera. When I called to include it with my appt, I was told that it would be done. It is very disappointing to that they did not have the parts in stock to complete this task. More

I normally work with either Mitch or Chelsea, and both are superlative at customer service! There is Kevin, but I have not worked with him recently, although he is very pleasant as well!
