University Volkswagen is by far the best dealership for both sales and service. I have owned VWs for 32 years and wouldn’t want to have another vehicle besides a VW and I wouldn’t want to buy one or have both sales and service. The VW sales team and service teams are outstanding. Shaundra Franklin and Chelvin and Lucas and Stacy white are awesome in sales and John in service is the best. Bob and he owner is also awesome and supportive and friendly and helpful. The entire University team is smart and provides outstanding service. I highly recommend university for VW sales and service. They are the absolute best. More
