I have had a horrific experience with this dealership and especially with Nick! They knowingly sold me a car that FAILED inspection because it was unsafe (leaking fuel and leaking oil from the engine), wi especially with Nick! They knowingly sold me a car that FAILED inspection because it was unsafe (leaking fuel and leaking oil from the engine), without disclosing or repairing those issues. I was told to bring the vehicle back after pointing out to them that the vehicle failed inspection, and was provided a loaner vehicle. After 2 weeks with no word or updates I was told my vehicle was repaired and ready. I asked for them to email me the service/repairs report (since I live almost 2 hours away) before I came to pick up the vehicle and was told they "can't do that." Since I asked to see the report I have been told that they did not in fact take it to the dealership they told me would be working on it, then I was told it was a shop in another city, then I was told the shop is owned by a friend of the dealership's manager. Since then (over 7 weeks ago, I have sent multiple emails, left numerous messages, tried calling several times per week, and was completely ignored. Until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Finally my salesperson reached out, when I asked to speak with the manager Nick finally picked up the phone. He rudely informed me they will not give me the service repair records from the shop who worked on my car, nor will they refund me and buy the car back from me, and on top of that he told me they are going to charge me for the rental and send a tow truck to repossess it from my home! Nick was ignored every communication, every opportunity to fix this respectfully, and after nearly 8 weeks of this mess finally spoke to me on the phone only to be rude and threaten to send a tow to my home. THE EPITOME OF HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have asked for the owner's information but I sincerely doubt I will get that information either. More

I had a great experience working with Cherif as I was trying to figure out what to do for my next vehicle. I’ve been telling people that we have been “courting” since July before I made the final decisio trying to figure out what to do for my next vehicle. Cherif was very patient with me as other things took priority over me purchasing a car. I never felt pressured. He would send gentle check ins just to see if I was still looking while working with me to purchase within my budget. I am in one of the most trusted professions, but I do not know much about purchasing cars. I help educate people about various aspects of their health so they are knowledgable about what is going on with their bodies. So I look for someone to treat me the same in areas that I am not strong in. Cherif did that for me. If you looking a trustworthy, knowledgeable and dependable person. Cherif is your guy.
