Chet Gaudin, Johnnie Balfantz and Matthew Parsons were outstanding. Chet and I emailed back and forth about the vehicle. He responded to my requests in a very timely fashion. Johnnie walked me thru the vehicle demonstration and the introductory paperwork, and delivered the car to me at my home. He made that process so easy. Talking to Johnnie was like I was talking to an old friend. Matthew worked his magic on my financing and got me a better deal than what I walked in with. He did a great job explaining my options. He was very personable and we had a great time reminiscing about his LSU days. When most people think about buying a car they envision a process that makes them break out in a cold sweat. Price Leblanc did not check the truck before I picked it up. It was having problems shifting. I brought it to another dealership to have it checked. The transmission was 1 qt low on fluid. Also, the bolts o up. It was having problems shifting. I brought it to another dealership to have it checked. The transmission was 1 qt low on fluid. Also, the bolts on the U-bolts on the rear axle were only screwed on hand tight. In the future please check your vehicles before you sell them. More
