Sales man was great made paperwork fast and easy, service department is a total mess, took car in for service and the clamps to my gas tank were not tightened causing me to leak fuel and the car left me stra department is a total mess, took car in for service and the clamps to my gas tank were not tightened causing me to leak fuel and the car left me stranded, when i called the dealership explainging in detail what happened they told me there was nothing they could do More

The 2015 Chevrolet Cruze that I had purchased. Had a lens that had fallen off inside the headlight assembly, I had noticed this before purchasing. I was told it would be taken care of. Brought the car i lens that had fallen off inside the headlight assembly, I had noticed this before purchasing. I was told it would be taken care of. Brought the car in, I was told they had to get a estimate for the used car department, that they would give me a call to bring it back in. Well no phone call, I called, I was told I would get a call back they had to check into it. Still no call back. It’s been two weeks now. I will not be using their service at all or any future vehicle purchases. More
