The purchase process was great-smooth and efficient. The service area is was very good for dealing with recalls. However, the service area for just an oil change was abominable. I mentioned the coupon and the bill was adjusted to $54.00. The oil change was to include tire rotation and car wash. I got neither of those. I was told they could not do the tire rotation because there were fire ants in the "tire area", not a specific tire. there was no remediation offered beyond taking it through a car wash, which was supposed to be included, but was not done. I will NEVER bring this car back to this dealership for service. I mentioned the high price issue to an employee who agreed that the prices were high, even with the employee discount. More

I was given the choice between either a $750 debate or no car payments three months. We purchased a new vehicle and i think all in all the dealership was good. the folks that kicked that up are CJ and Johnny. they both were great to deal with. i felt that were pretty honest and willin dealership was good. the folks that kicked that up are CJ and Johnny. they both were great to deal with. i felt that were pretty honest and willing to work with us. the one area that could be better - we found out when we sat down to negotiate that there was an upcharge on the vehicle. should have known that sooner. and then when we worked to negotiate, i felt that CJ did try to exemplify 'Jack says Yes!' but the sales manager was a different story. i think the negotiation was a little painful and didnt need to be. ultimately the sales manager did sit with us and we got to where we first asked the price to be - but i didnt walk away and feel 'Jack says Yes'. in the end, we got an OK price in the market today and the dealership made a fair amount of money. when we shop again for a vehicle in the next couple of years - i will go back to work with CJ. will the deal need to be less painful...absolutely. i must admit that i love the car. the real test now will be to see how they handle the maintenance. More
