Cannot seem to find the problems and fix them. Trouble with both mirrors right at the start... same problem, but they didn't replace the second motor until it was time to charge us? Can't trust that they've fixed the problem with the ignition and the acceleration and the navigation screen went blank AGAIN even though they've had it in service twice for that problem already. More

Had a really good experience even though we weren't ready to buy a new vehicle. Our 2013 Escape needed a new engine and wasn't going to put over $11,000 in a 10 year old car. Masen was very friendly and know to buy a new vehicle. Our 2013 Escape needed a new engine and wasn't going to put over $11,000 in a 10 year old car. Masen was very friendly and knowledgeable and made everything go smoothly and be less stressful. I have to say all the extended warranty info Justin went over with us was a bit much, but we did get it. Definitely would recommend Victory Lane to others. More
