Dropped off my 2022 XC60 Recharge for a service estimated at over $1,000 and wanted them to look at a side mirror that doesn’t seem to work well, but they claimed they couldn’t find my vehicle showing as cov at over $1,000 and wanted them to look at a side mirror that doesn’t seem to work well, but they claimed they couldn’t find my vehicle showing as covered under the Volvo Certified Warranty, even though we bought this car from them. So I had to dig up evidence that this was indeed sold to us as CPO, and now I have to make a separate appointment for it because of their own mistake. The service advisor I worked with never contacted me again -- I even emailed him 4 days later and he never responded, so I had to call myself 2 days later (6 days after the service) to check on this. They also tried to charge me over $600 for a 12V battery replacement, when it is a $300 part. Seriously, $300 labor for what is essentially 20-30 minutes of work?! They also quoted me almost $200 for "software upgrade," when this vehicle receives OTA updates. What a scam. Last, this is a minor point but just goes to show how this is nowhere near a "luxury" dealership: I showed up after they'd had my car all day and done over ONE THOUSAND dollars in service, and they hadn’t even washed my car. Couldn’t be more disappointed, and I will start taking my vehicle and all of my future Volvo purchases elsewhere. More

I recently bought a 2023 S60 Volvo and the car is OK. However, the infotainment system is garbage. It glitches, lags and I have to do a hard reset at least 4 times a week. THis morning I had to do it twice before I get listen to the radio. The seat belt chime was not even going off. 99% of the time I have to hard wrie my phone to listen to my music. When I got the car I was told that the platform had changed to Google and that some people liked it better and some worse. I also a 2019 S60 that does not have Google as the platform and it always works. My 2023 was recently being repaired and I drove a 330i, A5 and Equinox all of which connected just fine-and no hard wire. More
