From my initial phone conversation with Megan to working with Chris Andrews and Ed Long the manager on the sales; and Mike Akutah in Finance, I had a great experience and was treated with all fairness and with the utmost respect. This staff also took the time to ensure my kids had some entertainment during the lengthy process. I am very happy with my Dodge Dart and I look forward to working with their Service and Parts teams in the future when needed. I hope you will share this feedback with the team I worked with. We had a very fixed budget, but needed something reliable and safe for our youngest son's first car. My son fell in love with the 2nd car we looked at, a beautiful 2008 Honda Accord. Rothrock gave us the price we wanted! Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and attentive. My son got congratulated by several employees and shook quite a few hands (making him feel very important). The whole process was simple and stress free. Best buying experience I've ever had I got a great deal from Chris on my Jeep and the whole team at Rothrock was nothing but helpful and professional from start to finish. More importantly, I thought I had an issue the day after I bought the car (I didn't) and the manager Ed got back to me in no time at all on his day off and helped me out. Most dealerships change their tune after the sale, Rothrock did not. I'm never buying a car anywhere else unless I move across the country or something. More
