⚠️⚠️ TO ALL THE REAL 1-STAR REVIEWS, PLEASE CONSIDER EMAILING YOUR COMPLAINTS TO THE GM EXECUTIVE RESOLUTION OFFICE ⚠️⚠️ I recommend avoiding the Ed Morse Chevrolet dealership, especially if you disl EMAILING YOUR COMPLAINTS TO THE GM EXECUTIVE RESOLUTION OFFICE ⚠️⚠️ I recommend avoiding the Ed Morse Chevrolet dealership, especially if you dislike: - Being rushed and mocked by employees, who will roll their eyes at your wife or grab the phone out of your hand if they feel impatient - Being given the WRONG license plate/registration by the employees rushing you, only to find out months later on your own (the dealership knew earlier but never properly notified you) - Having your information entered incorrectly and sent to the DMV, which resulted in license suspensions being sent to the incorrect address - Finding out a year later then being mocked about it by the dealership employees - Also having a refund check worth $100s sent to same wrong wrong address and not being told about it - Contacting customer service to complain, then being ignored, so you contact management, who also ignores you - Escalating all the way to the executive GM headquarters, which finally gets a response from the dealership after months of them ignoring you - Being contacted by the dealership in a confrontational manner, as they couldn't decide whether to accuse you of lying or to blame you for these issues - Being ignored again by the dealership when you spend weeks trying to reach a resolution, as they make almost no effort to fix things After hoping to get a simple lease with this dealership, you may end up instead being mocked and accused of lying, being given someone else's wrong license plate/registration, receiving license suspensions as a result of the mismanagement (on a previously clean driving record), and $1000s in fees and costs and insurance premium increases. The service department has its own issues too, from extremely poor "free car washes" that are promised with your lease, to oil changes that were "suspiciously low" according to other shops. I recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. Mike, our salesman, was really good though. More

The sales manager and the gm are terribly rude. I was willing to fly in to purchase a new 2021 yukon xl Denali and asked about an educator pricing. I was told that he would rather sit on it for a year t willing to fly in to purchase a new 2021 yukon xl Denali and asked about an educator pricing. I was told that he would rather sit on it for a year than to give any money off. I’m glad to see how much they support educators. Even if they do not discount the price, there is never a need to be rude. $3k would have broken the deal, but rudeness does. More
