The experience of buying a car was not good however, almost as if cars sell themselves in Silicon Valley so investing time communicating with customers is not needed. Flew in from out of town to pick up my new car and nobody was there to greet me, the car was hidden and not cleaned, and the clear wrap was peeling. All of that after being sent the wrong bill and then given the contract for another car to sign which meant I was not insured as they gave me the wrong vin. More
