I have been a customer of North Houston Porsche for more than 10 years, first they provided service on my 2013 Boxster S which I acquired used with 3,126 mikes on the odometer. Known affectionately as Old B than 10 years, first they provided service on my 2013 Boxster S which I acquired used with 3,126 mikes on the odometer. Known affectionately as Old Blue, x she now has more than 111,000 miles on the odometer and runs like new. The trust placed in the North Houston Porsche team prompted me to order a 2021 Cayman GT4, followed a year later with a 2022 Boxster 25. My Boxster 25, known as Big Red, (Silver paint with a burgundy red roof and interior) has north of 41,000 miles on the odometer. Both Boxster's are daily drivers, and totally reliable. Big Red just completed a 3-month, 14,000-mile enjoyable tour of the USA and Canada. More

Hi;I didn't want to write these, but I wanted to tell you about the bad experience I had. I made an appointment with your service and advisor based on my friend's advice and Google reviews. But while I was telling my complaints about my vehicle, he forgot a few of them and I told him the service paper while I was checking it. Additionally, I did not receive any document or paper copy proving that I had drop my vehicle or pickup the loaner vehicle. I have not received any email, SMS or phone call regarding the service process of the vehicle. I tried to call my service advisor and get information and sometimes I couldn't reach him. When I called him, he said the vehicle was ready and I could pick up it. Since I had no information about the service status of the vehicle, I told him that I could come 2 days later. But they insisted on bringing a loaner vehicle. and he said we can deliver to you.But I refused because I wanted my car not to be used by anyone else and because I was working by traveling. not him but someone else called me and got information. Additionally, some of the problems I complained about in my vehicle still continue. When I asked for time at another service before, they gave me time and I was constantly informed(papers copy,sms link,email and phone call) about the vehicle. Thank you! More
