Had f150 diagnosed. The sunroof glass was not properly put back in. No bolts were used. The sunroof flew out while driving and damaged the sunroof and truck. Dealership The sunroof glass was not properly put back in. No bolts were used. The sunroof flew out while driving and damaged the sunroof and truck. Dealership said they were not responsible because there was an aftermarket piece used on the sunroof. What? Over $5k damage. A technician from another dealership stated that there’s no way bolts were utilized when putting glass back in. These things just don’t fly out and it certainly wasn’t flying out before they touched it. These guys are a joke. More

Where to start…. Vehicle sold to us was not a “new” car as advertised. It only had 247 miles on it, but had been previously registered in Missouri as a commercial ve Vehicle sold to us was not a “new” car as advertised. This was not disclosed and was only found out after the transaction was complete. Financing department “assumed” interest rates instead of verifying them prior to getting paperwork signed. This required a new round of paperwork that had to be signed several days later. Dealership missed the appointment we set up and said they were “short handed” and might have trouble making good meeting us. More
