As a conservative consumer, I can tell you that the prospect of having to spend hundreds of dollars, according to estimates received elsewhere, was quite distressing. Thankfully, I decided to opt for one more professional opinion prior to having my car serviced. Chris discovered that the real problem was due to a missing cap on the manifold, and not, in fact, the costly repairs I was quoted previously. It’s comforting to know that honest people like Chris still exist. I feel his genuine character, professionalism, and commitment to noble customer service should be commended.
