The overall experience was satisfactory, though not without its flaws. My two primary concerns were: 1) Inspection of the car upon delivery: Upon inspection, I noticed a white streak on the front of without its flaws. Initially, I mistook it for tape because there was random adhesive around the truck that I had to remove. However, it turned out to be a paint chip, which was disappointing. 2) Questions regarding add-ons during the finance process: I appreciate the leadership’s response and attention to resolve it.
