I purchased a new 2020 F-250 King Ranch from this dealership, and it was a good experience. My salesman Chris was easy to work with. They loaned me a new f-150 Lariat to drive until we could find the dealership, and it was a good experience. My salesman Chris was easy to work with. You buy a vehicle from here it’s free oil changes as long as you own the vehicle. More

Overall Good Experience I was pleased with my dealings with Metro Ford. I dealt with David in the service department who was friendly and responsive. When I decided to purc I was pleased with my dealings with Metro Ford. I dealt with David in the service department who was friendly and responsive. When I decided to purchase a new vehicle I dealt with Chris Derrick who was also friendly and responsive. My questions were answered promptly and without pressure. My only complaint is that the "as low as" price listed online is significantly lower than what most people's best case scenario will actually be. In order to get the "as low as" price you have to qualify for a whole litany of rebates and incentives that will almost never all apply to any individual buyer's situation. For example, the best price that I was offered for the vehicle I was initially interested in was approximately $7,000.00 more than the "as low as" price listed online. This is an online sales technique that I think many dealerships use these days to get people in the door but it is still frustrating and prevents a five star rating from me. None-the-less, I purchased a vehicle at Metro Ford for what I believe was a very fair price ,was treated well during the process and would recommend the dealership to others. More

When I stepped in to Metro Ford, I felt valued and welcomed. The team was genuinely helpful without being fake or overbearing. The best salesman you could encounter is Chris Derrick . . . he was honest, personable, and did a fantastic job of answering all my questions. Most importantly, he actually listened to what I wanted and tried to understand what I needed from my work and lifestyle. I have not had a moment's regret about my new F250 or the price I paid, and will not hesitate to visit or recommend Metro Ford. More
