I was happy with my experience with both Barney & Chris. I was a little disappointed in how my brand new vehicle was cleaned for me. I found spots in the back seat, the tailgate was dirty and the inside o I was a little disappointed in how my brand new vehicle was cleaned for me. I thought Chris was very good at explaining everything to me and not pushing about the additional coverage options. I appreciated the time that Barney took to explain all the features of my new car.
