I think it’s great that there’s not a high turnover for staff. Must mean that they’re dining something right! Kimberly made the paperwork side very easy too. I like that these folks are experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used with us. We enjoyed chatting with Robert, the sales manager. More

Saw a 1 owner F150 trade in listed for sale and contacted the dealership about it. I was connected to Chris Everson who was very pleasant and easy to work with in providing me information about the truck. Si the dealership about it. I was connected to Chris Everson who was very pleasant and easy to work with in providing me information about the truck. Since the truck had just been traded in, there was only 1 picture of it online, but he was able to send me many detailed pictures of it while it was in the service department getting checked out. He and I communicated by phone and text about the vehicle over a couple of days and since I live in Georgia but had a remote coworker that lived less than 30 minutes away from the dealership, he met Chris at the dealership and was able to drive/look it over for me. After getting all of the information that I needed from Chris and my coworker, Chris got some numbers together for me and after negotiating a price that we both felt was fair for each party, I purchased the truck. 2 days later, I flew into Fort Meyers from Atlanta and Chris was there to pick me up in the detailed truck along with a full tank of gas. I was able to drive the truck back to the dealership, while having a pleasant conversation with Chris. The truck exceeded my expectations and Chris made the whole experience from beginning to end seamless and pleasant. Once we arrived at the dealership, Chris walked me in where I met Andrew Morneau within the finance department, to sign the paperwork and give them the cashier's check for the vehicle. He was also pleasant to work with and had me finished up and leaving the dealership in less than 30 minutes. I will say that while getting all of the needed information together for the purchase, someone in their finance department and the loan officer at my credit union had to do some back and forth work in getting everything ironed out with how the title process works in Georgia vs how it works in Florida. Be aware that it is different but that it of course, can be worked out. Just be sure to give yourself some time to make sure that it is all worked out before traveling to Florida to purchase a vehicle. With this experience in mind, I would not hesitate in purchasing another vehicle from this dealership especially when they have quality people like Chris Everson and Andrew Morneau working for them!
