It was a great experience working with Charlie and staff as we negotiated a deal that both parties were happy with. It actually was what I had expected and the reason we drove 2 hrs to deal with them! I appreciate the respect and friendliness during the process to make it happen. Charlie was even willing to drive the vehicle (2hrs) to us on his day off, so that we didn’t have to return and drive 2 vehicles home!! Now THAT is service!!
