General Manager will not return calls and follow up, last interaction with Chris was not a pleasant one, I recommend that when you get your car serviced/fixed, it's important to check and make sure that it h interaction with Chris was not a pleasant one, I recommend that when you get your car serviced/fixed, it's important to check and make sure that it has all working parts still on, if you don't, there will be an issue or you will be accused of having had it removed prior to coming to them. No accountability. Started off great, coming here since purchasing my vehicle in 2024 from Acura dealership in Dallas TX. Just unhappy with some things currently and have yet to have those issues resolved. More

I have been a customer here for a long time. It’s so hard to get a live person on the phone in the service dept!!!! It never was like that before. My car was there like a week and 3 days. After It’s so hard to get a live person on the phone in the service dept!!!! It never was like that before. My car was there like a week and 3 days. After getting it back I’m still having a problem with what was just repaired for 800$ I have been calling and can’t get service department or the rep I was working with. No happy about experience this time around. More

Acura of Little Rock provided excellent service on my 2018 Acura RLX! The service department was very thorough in locating problems with my vehicle. They also allowed me to use the shuttle service whil 2018 Acura RLX! The service department was very thorough in locating problems with my vehicle. The procedure was completely and efficient . They discovered that wipers were deficient and they we replaced. They asked if I wanted them replaced before they were replaced. Very good job!
