No accountability. Started off great, coming here since purchasing my vehicle in 2024 from Acura dealership in Dallas TX. I have been a customer here for a long time. It’s so hard to get a live person on the phone in the service dept!!!! It never was like that before. My car was there like a week and 3 days.
