You have responded and asked “what can we do to resolve this issue?” I guess you could come back and fix the issue I waited 4 hours for you at the scheduled appointment time and the problem was not corrected. I was informed by your technician that someone would contact me and come back. That has not happened. I only wish you would do what you said you were going to do.
